On a bright but cloudy Sunday morning 32 Members and Guests met for coffee at The Blue Bowl in West Harptree for coffee,before departing on a guided scenic drive. The route travelled up over the Mendips, down Cheddar Gorge and Cheddar before crossing the Somerset levels through Wedmore.
The route then carried on along a variety of country roads through Langport and other pretty villages, before arriving at Taunton Polo Club where we met up with Jed Peacock who had kindly organised a lovely Buffet lunch, followed by an afternoon of exciting polo.
To round a super day off for Club Members we were invited to present the prizes. A day with a difference we all enjoyed!
