On Wednesday 11th May Club Chairman Julian Telling and a group of Members enjoyed an afternoon at Cothelstone Race Track, near Taunton. Seven point to point races were scheduled with The Clifton Club sponsoring the Ladies Open Race. Complementary drinks and refreshments were laid on in the hospitality tent and the sun shone despite a rather wet and windy start to the day.
Congratulations to the winner of The Ladies Race: ‘Rhythm Is A Dancer’, owned by Mr Paul Nichols and ridden by Miss Olive Nichols. Olive and Paul were awarded their trophies by Julian Telling on behalf of The Clifton Club.
