Floyd’s remarkable career spans over two decades with the 22 Special Air Service Regiment (SAS), where he achieved unparalleled success. Awarded both the Distinguished Conduct Medal (DCM) and the Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) for his extraordinary service in Iraq and Afghanistan, Floyd’s expertise places him in the top 1% of SAS officers.
Following his military service, Floyd transitioned into entrepreneurship, founding Quantum Financial Holdings, a leading UK fintech investment incubator. His ventures extend to leadership consultancy, where he has developed elite programs worldwide. Notably, Floyd established the Compass for Life Foundation, dedicated to bridging the educational gap for disadvantaged children in the UK.
