The Clifton Club is delighted to host Yoga classes with Rami, a fully qualified yoga instructor from New Zealand who has been practicing Yoga for nearly 20 years.
Classes are suitable for all abilities and you will be guided through a 60 minute Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class.
These classes aim to help people feel more energised in the body and more relaxed in the mind. Over time yoga enables greater strength and flexibility as well as creating an overall sense of well-being.
