This event is a personally-tutored virtual cheese-tasting delivered online on any platform. An experienced Courtyard Dairy cheesemonger will guide you through six of the very best British cheeses, discussing their flavours, their histories and why a good cheesemonger would be delighted with them.
The tasting session lasts for a full hour, during which you’ll taste six 100g portions of cheese, which is enough cheese for two people to enjoy.
You’ll soon see why The Courtyard Dairy has won so many awards (including BBC Food & Farming Award, World Cheese Award, Observer Food Monthly Award, Daily Telegraph’s Top 10 Cheese Shops in the World), as the cheesemonger guides you through the flavour and the background of each cheese.
The range of the finest British cheeses will include goats’, soft, hard and blue cheeses, but can be tailored to your individual requirements if preferred. Also included in the pack delivered to your home is a tasting sheet, a map and a flavour wheel.
