Port Brunch

David Hayward from Gonzalez Byass will be presenting a range of ports from the Noval Port House. To accompany the ports and to show them off, we will have a Tapas brunch with one small plate to go with each of the ports.

This will be a tutored session where we will explore half a dozen very different ports, ranging from the driest extra dry white through Tawny and a new style Black Ruby port. We will then move onto some really special ports from Quinta do Noval and learn the difference between LBV, Colheita and vintage.

Chef has come up with an amazing menu for the Tapas and anyone who came to the Sherry Brunch can expect a similarly delicious series of tapas which will be perfectly matched to the ports
