Andrew Scott grew up during the ‘Troubles’ in Northern Ireland, facing trauma and PTSD from a very young age. Moving to England at 18, he embarked on a business career that would see him build multiple companies, lose everything in one bad deal, and start over again with nothing but an old car to his name.
Today he is the CEO of the Ascot Group where he scaled several 7-figure companies simultaneously while building a large property portfolio and becoming a renowned business investor. In 2012 Andrew founded one of the UK’s leading B2B media companies, Business Leader, introducing him to a world of billionaires, celebrities and political leaders. In 2023 it was acquired by Richard Harpin, the tycoon who sold Homserve PLC for £4.1 billion. Andrew will share his incredible story of success and failure, and his battle to overcome trauma and imposter syndrome.

Having encountered every type of ‘deal maker’, he realised that he could bring his direct, well researched and consultative sales method to a wider audience, thus Clifton Park Associates was formed.
