Join Sous Chef Seb Corgier on Saturday 9th August 2025, starting at 11am, for an inspiring live cooking demonstration that’s sure to impress. In this session, Seb will show you how to prepare a whole salmon, including creating a stunning gravad lax side, and will share his secrets for making perfect croquettes – the ultimate dish to wow your dinner guests at home!
Members staying for brunch will enjoy the very dish Seb demonstrates, served fresh following the masterclass.
This demonstration is complimentary for Members and their guests dining with us afterwards, or £10 for those attending the demonstration only (brunch charged separately) and includes a complimentary mimosa on arrival.
