The Clifton Club provides the ideal environment for private business events and functions.  Traditional and inspiring surroundings are complemented by modern facilities and a welcoming atmosphere. We appreciate the individuality of each business and thus each business’ requirements. It is therefore greatly important for us to tailor corporate events to meet your requirements. In the case of each event, you will be guaranteed service of the highest quality and an experienced events team who are always on hand to assist in any way possible. Our rooms are available to hire between Monday and Friday* and can be used in a number of ways. Depending on the size and structure of your event, a single room or a combination of rooms can be hired. As well as large-scale functions and meetings, we recognise the increasing demand for small, informal meeting spaces and can therefore offer a range of rooms to cater for any sized group. Packages are available offering a rage of catering facilities from a light working lunch to a sit down 2 course meal. 

The Club offers a range of modern technology. Equipment available includes the following:

  • Data projector and screen compatible with most laptops including Apple Mac
  • PA system with a radio microphone with audio connection
  • Flip charts and pens
  • Extension leads and sockets in all rooms
  • Stationary 
  • Wi-Fi throughout
  • Television with HDMI connection (Club Room Only)

How to Find Us 

The location of the Club is another of its greatest assets. There is pay & display on-street parking located in and around the Club, we are situated 1.5 miles from Bristol City Centre, majour motorways such as the M5, M4 and M32, are easily accessible from a wide range of destinations. Bristol Temple Meads station is a 10 minute taxi ride away, and Clifton Down Station is a 10 minute walk, local buses offer service from BTM and the City Centre into Clifton Village. Accommodation is not available within the Club but a list of local affiliated hotels offer discounted rates which can be viewed here.
