Our rooms are available to hire between Monday and Friday* and can be used in a number of ways. Depending on the size and structure of your event, a single room or an entire suite may be hired. As well as large-scale functions and meetings, we recognise the increasing demand for small, informal meeting spaces and can therefore offer a range of rooms to cater for any sized group.
The Centenary Room is located on the 1st Floor of the Club and filled with natural daylight through the glass dome ceiling. It is ideal for private lunch meetings for up to 20 delegates and seats a minimum 5.

Our dedicated catering team run by Head Chef, Philip Clench, have the passion, expertise and resources to create truly special menus to suit your needs. Whether you wish to have a working lunch consisting of freshly filled sandwiches, kettle chips and fresh fruit baskets, a buffet style lunch or drinks and dinner, all can be catered for by the in-house chefs. Furthermore, tea, coffee and biscuits can be supplied alongside a range of other refreshments from our well-stocked bar.

The location of the Club is another of its greatest assets. There is free on-street parking around the Club and, situated 1.5 miles from Bristol City Center, the M5, M4 and M32, it is easily accessible from a wide range of destinations. Bristol Temple Meads station is also a relatively short taxi ride away. Accommodation is not availible within the Club but a list of local affiliated hotels offer discounted rates which can be viewed here.
